What will you do on the nominating committee? Once on the committee you will join two of our board members in nominating various PGOGNY members for our Corresponding Secretary position.

What in the world is a Corresponding Secretary? The Corresponding Secretary communicates with the guild via e-mail and social media about meetings, events, and special discounts.

OK, but what do they do, specifically?

• Send email newsletters to the members regarding meetings, announcements, and ticket discount opportunities. 

• Manage the social media accounts. Which includes advertising shows in exchange for member discounts, announcing meetings, and responding to direct messages to the guild.
